All true. You can drive all over town to find the bolts, drive to the other side of town to find some bar stock, dig out your dad's old drill press, and bang - you're done. You will spend WAYYYYY more than "$3" on the bolts. The large bolts are over a dollar each even if you buy 100 of them.

Let us do the leg work and make a small profit for the trouble. BTW, we also provide step by step instructions (with pictures) so that any reasonably skilled mechanic can install it quickly.
